Great Commander reprint of yet another interesting P3K card.
It's only sorcery speed unlike Telling Time, but getting the other two cards in your graveyard can be a huge advantage. You could think of it of a blend between that and Mental Note.
As Mr. HuntingDrake pointed out, if Glimpse the Future sees play--and it doesn't--then surely a card that does the same thing for one mana less ought to see play!

Compare to cards like Grisly Salvage or Mulch. Slightly less dig, much more freedom in card selection, and less color intensive than the former. In UB graveyard based decks, this is solid. I look forward to putting one in my cube.

This was one of my favorite cards in Dralnu on MTGO, and now its possible to use it in paper without a 200 dollar investment! Yay!

Thought Scour stapled to Ponder, and both of those are already exceptional cards. It loses a bit of functionality from both (can't shuffle away, can't target opponents, don't get to reorder two more cards), but given that it's practically two control tools in one it's pretty solid.
