Oh god, it's been reprinted with the same artwork. I can feel my nightmares returning.

Decent "removal". Needs something to make it stand out, though.
Flash? More power reduction?

This is why Blue is and has been the best color. For some reason, Wizards can't bear to give blue any weaknesses. It has almost sole control of countering, and for that price it's SUPPOSED to struggle with permanents. But NOPE. It can put creatures on top of libraries, bounce them at instant speed, steal them, or now, deal with them for a single mana. Blue even has some of the strongest permanent sweepers (Upheaval) ever printed. It's also supposed to suck at aggro, but WHOOPS, it gets one of the best beatdown decks (mono-Blue Merfolk) with NO other color necessary, and one of the best aggro one-drops (Delver) ever printed. Cool!

Not.

Disturbing art. Reminds me of something one might see in a voodoo hut.
