I love this weird bird. For many years, Wizards has been trying to figure out how to mechanically represent creature mounts. Griffin Rider, Cloudreach Cavalry, and Skirk Outrider were all previous attempts and captured the rider aspect, but I think I like this one better than all of them because it is clearly a mount for another creature. Although I can imagine some pretty hilarious scenarios involving this bird and some other ridiculous creature (Kalonian Hydra, for example) hitching a ride on it.

It's a shame that Wizards is still too afraid to reprint Storm Crow. I guess we'll just have to make do with this.

Fine for limited, bad everywhere else. Which means it'll be never looked at again and put in the unplayable crappy commons box, once the set rotates out of limited.
