I kind of want "Arcane" to make it into the Core Set somehow. I'm not sure about Splice. Arcane could be EVERGREEN, but I don't think Splice could, which is a problem. :/
Currently, non-creature spells have, I believe a total of 0 Evergreen Keywords. This...needs to change.

One of the best Splice/Arcane Spells, very useful in limited, and might be constructed playable, if arcane ever became a thing. 4/5 PS: I have a foil of this, and It looks hilarious

Hmm, wonder why this is so effective... but then I have no idea how powerful Arcane Milling was. I know that Cloudhoof Kirin could be pretty sick though, so am probably missing something.

I don't think this spell has any need to be printed.
This set has hardly any milling spells, excluding Oona, Queen of the Fae. There are only so many Spirits and Arcane spells, and even fewer in Blue than Red or Green. Also, milling 4 for is decent, but overshadowed by Tome Scour, Mind Sculpt, and even Dream Twist.
Of course, being able to mill whenever you cast a spell is decent, but then I retort with my original statement; there's barely any Spirit or Arcane spells in this set.

This card was reprinted at common value specifically for Pauper and Peasant, don't believe me? Hana Kami was also reprinted, and adjusted to Common value. The old Ire of Kaminari/Arcane-Splice deck is back!

Works well with the 12 other arcanes in this set! 4 of them even splice into all those arcanes you're sure to draft. Can anyone confirm that this is, in fact, a poorly supported mechanic and isn't relevant in draft? The stink of this failed mechanic sickens me.
