Great flavor text. Outside of drafting I would stick with Inaction Injunction.

dimir chiper version is better in long term

This is actually better for an aggressive Boros build, as it prevents blocking.

The costume reminds me of those aliens on Kamino, btw.

The illustration looks like it should belong to a creature card, not a sorcery.

Inaction Injunction, Azorius Arrester and this card: all very solid designs. I like them.

Ugh so close. If only it were an instant...

There could've been so much more from this card--instant speed or up to three creatures instead like downpour. Instead we have an inaction injunction wanna-be that. the part that makes inaction injunction so much better is that it still works for one creature and it replaces itself by letting you draw a card. i get that unlike downpour, this gives you a free turn to go around without getting blocked by the targeted creatures and attacked, and if they have pesky abilities, you don't have to deal with those either. But... pacifism.
