This card is underrated I think. Giving it to a Hexproof guy you're planning on beefing up (say, Invisible Stalker or Geist of Saint Traft) essentially makes them immune to the one thing that tends to beat them: Supreme Verdict.

To people saying this gets around Supreme Verdict...nope. Not even a little bit, for the same reason you can hit White Knight with a Day of Judgement. Protection only stops targeting. Supreme Verdict doesn't target.

Enemy of the Guildpact seems to have swayed some opinions in Ravnica. Interesting enough, this gives the creature protection from Alara Reborn.
Also, that art is fantastic. Great flavor and tone - it seems like there is growing unrest amongst the unguilded in Ravnica.

Those fools, without the guilds there is no manner of order in Ravnica. A city that big just can't function without the structure that exists. The Guildpact needs to be restored if there is to be any hope of bringing peace back the world.
