I'm just trying to clean your ear. -misunderstood brain weevil

For a common, this i sa decent card for its CMC. In tribal, limited or something I could see it doing some good work.

Don't underrate this card. It is made to work from the graveyard, and discard + graveyard fodder is a-ok.

I just realized that you can target yourself with it's discard ability! In this deck that means you can pitch Gleancrawler, Doomgape, Golgari Grave-Troll and whatnot into your graveyard and use cards like Vigor Mortis on them for cheaper casting cost and bigger power.

This deck just keeps blowing my mind, man.

I really hope this weevil gets a new illustration the next time it is reprinted. I want to like this card, but the fact that it's got the wrong number of legs really annoys me.
