Well, it's a mediocre combo, but the last ability is pretty good with Morselhoarder, since you can prevent all damage dealt to you. It's four colors, at least, but there's a few other infinite combos with morselhoarder that you can fit in around this.

Fate transfer after preventing 4 dmg works, I'm sure someone can figure other says to use this card's combo abilities, maybe with some lifegain.

Why was she given the type Cleric? It just seems odd for a Mage to be a Cleric. Although her having that type meens Edgewalker reduces her cost to U.

Because she started life as a cleric, despite her name. Making her a wizard in addition makes perfect sense.

Or Geralf's Mindcrusher or Flayer of the Hatebound. Phyrexian Altar should help here.
Of course, Ghave, Sage of Fables, or Spike Rogue would work as well, with Ashnod's Altar.
Seriously tho, just imagine what this card's abilities would be if released today...
