Good one-drop. I know from experience that this card is a pain. Plus, the words 'summon ferrets' earn it another star in my book.

This is actually pretty decent.

This is actually... Pretty good. You'd think ferrets from Homelands would be terrible, but I guess not.

This thing is annoying, I run it, people are like... "***, I'm taking the one"
"Might of oaks, giant growth"
"You suck, you know that?"

5/5 just for being a playable card from Homelands.

Man, this is more than playable, it's actually GREAT. For a single {G}, you get an attacker that can keep attacking into most creatures that drop the first couple turns, and then when something can kill it, it gets tapped down for a turn.

On their own they're not so good, since most players will just ignore them -- one damage a turn is unlikely to be game-changing.

But they make a great target for equipment or enchantments. Dropping Rancor on them is fun -- a turn-two 3/3 trample, and even if they manage to block it with something big enough to kill it, it'll temporarily paralyze it. And you get the Rancor back to pump something else that can hurt your opponent while their defenses are down.

They also make a great way to deliver any of the Sword of X and Y attacks.

This came in the mail today; I couldn't help but shed manly tears.
Luckily, Doran, the Siege Tower was there to support me.

This would be reprinted if it didn't have a proper name in the title.
