Why did they have to use up the name Narwhal on this? It should have been saved for a timeshifted unicorn of some kind. I picture it as Prized Unicorn but I suppose that came out after Time Spiral block.

@A3Kitsune - Wings of Aesthir and Vodalian Knights are both blue (or partially) and are cheaper...but you're completely correct. I'm not saying that blue should be the color of first strike, though...all the other colors do it so much better.

The very essence of Homelands. Take a card that is properly priced and considered good, like Black Knight or White Knight. Make a flavorful cousin to it.. .and than jack up the casting cost until it is unplayable. Well done!

would have been too cheap; back when this was current, the Black and White knights were considered top-tier weenie creatures in colors meant to be good at that. Blue wasn't supposed to be good at it, so it shouldn't get something quite as good. would have been fine. This is just too much, though.
