This card plus quicksilver dragon with a good reserve of blue mana can seriously mess up your opponent(s). One of my favorite combos.

I wish they had made this in one of the Timespiral sets as an equipment, that would have been great.

How would this work if you put a Canopy Cover + This on the same creature? Would a targeted spell fizzle?

These colors don't run!

@ToAsTy42o: Sorry, no filzzling here: since the spell couldn't target the hexproof creature, your opponent could choose the targets normally. So the Coalation Flag would pretty much be wasted on that creature.
Unless you have an Image Crafter for example that can make one of your opponent's creatures a Flagbearer.

put it on Ink-Treader Nephilim and watch the world burn.
or your ink-treader die instantly.

This and Ring of Evos Isle would make a wonderful team.

This + hexproof, but loses to board sweep still.

Aww. That "if able" clause totally ruins my hopes for using Artificial Evolution or anything.

By the way, WrathofShane, I don't think it works that way. Hexproof breaks the "if able" clause.

The problem with this card is the same problem as with all Auras: It's inviting card disadvantage, and in this card's case, doubly so. Still, it's quite nice to effectively give one of your best creatures Hexproof for the cost of White and one chump blocker, and it may even benefit you once in a while!
