I've been looking for cards that would let me get eldrazi onto the field via unconventional means. If I ran green white with Llanowar Mentor and this card I could drop an eldrazi on turn 3

Not any legendary Eldrazi due to their Shuffle-back-into-library effect (which is actually there so that players can't just Zombify it or something), you can still fetch something fairly powerful like It That Betrays.
