Reminds me of the "Planeswalker's" cycle of enchantment in Planeshift.

This one gives you lots of damage on its own, but only late game.

it's nice that it gives options, and could be used with werewolves to transform them during your turn while still doing something. Obviously best used with flashback, but i bet unearth would like this a lot too. Maybe use it an EDH deck, as that could help you find the right stuff (as the grave is just another hand waiting to be tapped) and since EDH typically has more expensive spells, this would be more effective. Instant speed general removal is great as well. Remember, reusable removal is never bad!

I played with this in the pre-release, and it seems very strong in limited. The ability to control the field and repeatedly send shots to the dome is very fun and powerful. I really liked playing with this card, and I found a home for it in my Mayael the Anima EDH deck. That deck naturally has lots of 5-8 cmc spells, so this serves up some serious value.

Something makes me want to put this in a deck with Fact or Fiction, FTV's Balance, and Linvala, Angel of Silence.

This wins games in Limited. If you untap with it, you can nuke that pesky flier with all the equipment on it, and then go to the dome when the blockers are gone.
I also see potential for EDH.
