I still prefer Dust to Dust in most cases. There are far more threatening artifacts than there are enchantments lately. In EDH, I run them both, so I guess it's a moot point.

Dust to Dust only takes care of artifacts, and is a Sorcery.
Return to Dust has way much more versatily just because it also includes Enchantments, and also because it is an Instant, allowing it to be part of Sunforger's toolbox.

Underrated much? It's exactly two Disenchants in one card.

This is more than two Enchantments, this EXILES and so it gets rid of the scary cards like those artifacts that are indestructible?

Every card in Time Spiral was a throwback to at least one previously printed card.

This card references Dust to Dust and is part of a cycle of instants with more powerful effects if played like sorceries (Haunting Hymn, Careful Consideration, Might of Old Krosa, Return to Dust, Sulfurous Blast)
