Probably.
This seems pretty nasty in any sort of (more casual) red deck wins scenario, as those decks typically have very low mana curves.

I found this while searching for something to pull into play with It that Betrays when a Defense of the Heart goes off. There are not many good cards that force all opponents to sacrifice something when they enter the battlefield.
