Wow. That's all there is to say.

There are so many bonuses to this card:

1 - 6 CMC both playable in Black and Blue, as well as a great General
2 - 5/5, easy to attack and block without dying to pesky instants like Lightning Bolt
3 - It has flying, able to make it a little bit more versatile than most creatures.
4 - Not only Mills your opponents cards, but she exiles them, and gets FLYING TOKENS from that

Wizards: We need something to finish this.
Troll: How about something thats crappy and not worth much in money wise, like Oona?
Wizards: That is a brilliant idea!

She mills and exiles cards.
She makes tokens that fly and basically have flash.
She flies and, to date, has higher power/toughness than any other blue wizard in the game.

Any of these three, by themselves, make her good. She has all of them.
She's also versatile, and will have no trouble in any deck that is black or blue.

She's also survives most kill spells. Terror, doomblade? Nope, she's quite black. lightning bolt, Flame slash? Nope, she's too big. To top that of she's a blue faerie, so the player will have a fist full of Spellstutter Sprites and Familiar's Ruses to defender her.

If you can criticize her, she has a heavy cost, but it's worth it, and you really don't want her unless you have manna to burn anyway. For a nice meaty six cost, it's hard to do better. 5/5

This one's like Kresh. Jund decks in Standard used other cards. Faerie decks in Standard used other cards. Standard cards don't belong in From the Vault. Sure, Lorwyn/Shadowmoor might be considered old- if you have the attention span of a squirrell. Just because a card is strong, and good in Commander, doesn't mean it's From the Vault quality.
It needs to have a combination of antiqueness and power that makes it special.
Every From the Vault card needs to pass what I call the ''M10 Lightning Bolt" test, or it's a mistake.
Granted, 'Exiled' and 'Relics' this was even more true than it normally should be-

but we could have seen some Xth Edition/Onslaught Pit Fighters, or some Ravnican Guildmasters, and that would have been reasonable to call "From the Vault" than all these Alarans. A good card that is special for no other reason than that it is good is not actually special. Black Lotus can be Force of Willed. Force of Will can be Mana Drained. Every block will have some good cards (not that good, but still good).

That's why instead of the "Mythic Rare Legendary Creature- Fancy Typeline" test, I use the M10 Lightning Bolt Test to judge From the Vault cards. Which is particularly awesome because it works on cards of all rarities, types and colors, can apply to both cheap and expensive cards, and never fails.

Absolutely brutal card and one of the best Commander generals ever.

Combine with DIre Undercurrents and laugh like the evil genius you are.

I thought I was being unique by using her as my General,
but it seems like I'm just another "follower".

Oh well... at least I feel reassured she does her job *very* well.

My favorite BU creature ever,
and one of my favorite multicolored creatures.
These "hybrid mana" spells and creatures are quite fun and useful.

Just what mill needs: Chump blockers (and flying ones at that) and the exiling of cards, especially when you're going up against a Dredge deck, etc.

I want to make a mono blue or mono black EDH deck with her. Just to screw with people.

I am hoping to build an EDH deck based around her and using infinate mana combos.

I think my record is turn 4 for having her out and milling everyone else to death, using a 2 card infinate mana combo for blue mana.

She also makes a greater blocker, when boosted up a bit. Immune to intimidate and fear.

She does not look like a black-blue creature to me. She seems more mono-blue, art-wise.

4/5 otherwise. I never really played faeries, but I understand why this card is badass.

Awesome power-wise, pretty interesting flavor-wise as well. After all in MTG lore the library is the Planeswalker's mind? That means this lady rips thoughts right out of your head and materializes them into a personal fairy army. That. Is. AWESOME.

Likely to mill your opponent out on the turn you play her or the turn after if you combo her with Ashnod's Altar .

Small tidbit:

Oona is the name of a faerie from a movie called Legend, and our Queen of the Fae is also from a Legend set :D

I think rating this a 5 actually brought the rating down. Wow. What a great card.

I must say, that is one tough fairy to be 5/5. Toughest of them all.

@Cyberium: Actually Oona is the Irish name of the Queen of the Faries or Queen of the Elphame. She was the wife of the last high king of the Daoine Sidhe. According to wikipedia, alternative spellings can be: Oonagh, or Una, or Uonaidh.

None of this is too surprising since lorwyn is based heavily on that mythology. Oona makes a great addition to the legends box, being that she is the primary antagonist for two sets. Legends wasn't just about reprinting the most powerful legendary creatures, its also about the lore. Vorthos represent.

This is pretty much the coolest edh general ever.

I really like this card. The combo possibilities, the art and flavor, just everything about is just beautiful.

Sadly, "casual" hypocrites make her pretty much the most hated card around.
