I love this guy, because you can attack with him, then summon stuff during the second main phase. Wonderful card.

I read the card and just think 'Creature- Jedi' Which I'm going on record as saying I'm perfectly fine with. Better than fine, actually. Steward of Valeron has my favorite creature type in the game. Also, I can toss a couple into a normal Knight deck to justify playing 1x Rafiq of the Many as the only exalted creature in the deck. Cuz that just seems like a totally awesome thing to do. So I'm going to do it. :D

I don't know who this guy's DM is, letting him multiclass as a Level 2 Druid / Level 2 Knight. Druids aren't supposed to be able to wield metal objects like that sword and shield. And what is Valeron, some non-canonical customized-pantheon deity from a long-forgotten rulebook?
This card is living proof that D&D is getting out of hand.
P.S. A Druid that agrees to Knight patronage or a Knight that betrays their patronage to join a druidic order is not being very vigilant, if you ask me. :)
About this card, cool design... except vigilance is green, too. I'd like to see it in mono-green one day. And to make the vigilance important, I'd like it to be a 2/2 for three mana.

The most beautiful thing is attacking with this, destroying a blocker, blocking with it, destroying an attacker, and then living to ramp out an instant or creature with flash a turn earlier.
I doubt it happens often but I bet it's oh so satisfying.

While it's not our favourite 1/1 Elf mana maker, one with vigilance that's attacking in the red zone isn't that bad really.

That is some awesome art.

Having one green mana always availible for that sneaky Giant Growth is awesome. Plus it's not as vulnerable to removal as Llanowar Elves.

Somewhere in a development meeting I know somebody must have shouted "He needs more creature types!"

Common?! Jeez. This is REALLY good. Although I like having my mana dorks come down on turn 1, having a 2/2 with vigilance it definitely worth the extra mana.
