I find it mildly hilarious they mention Gisela, Blade of Goldnight- arguably one of the nastiest creatures to reanimate with this. And it's not like Red is lacking in ways to get her into the Graveyard.
I'm betting we see these two together quite a bit.

Demon vs Angel, would've been in the Duel Deck if it came out earlier.

I guess this explains why they didn't reprint Miraculous Recovery...On the other hand, this is the preferable card in Angel tribal because of the additional counter.

I love how with this card, Gisela can come back and kick Griselbrand's butt without needing any help or taking any damage

If someone puts together a powerpuff girls deck, (and you know they will) this will be in it.
@Richard_Hawk Gisela could already paste Griselbrand without this card since she has first strike and doubles her damage.
I do love the flavor of this card. The two +1/+1 counters is important to the flavor. Demon tokens are 5/5 flyers while Angel tokens are 4/4 flyers. Naturally, the Demon would win.
Even though you can't bring back a token, I imagine tokens represent the average of that creature type. Humans are usually around 1/1. Wolves are around 2/2.
Back to my point, the Angel would lose to a Demon, since the Demon one-ups it. With this card, the Angel would return (as seen in the art) from death now as a 6/6, one-upping the Demon this time. This card symbolizes the entire set so well, and the art and theme are delicious.

Self mill your Avacyn, Angel of Hope and bust it out on turn 5, as a 10/10. Win in 2 unless they have exile or slip.
