i had the pleasure of seeing a real one of these in action the other day. It was bad, i was playing a standard deck and the guy didn't warn me. I see why it's banned from legacy(last i checked the list at least)

I use it in an old school deck with 4 Mana Flares. Fun and hilarity ensue...

It seems to me like Wheel of Fortune is a lot better than Timetwister. I mean, Wheel of Fortune is in the color that empties its hand the quickest, while Timetwister is in the color that empties its hand the slowest. Maybe Timetwister is better in some combo deck or something, but I think that, altogether, Wheel of Fortune is a better card.
