It's not Demonic Tutor, but I guess it's worth it if you're really only looking for a single card in order to win you the game. If you don't find your card among the top seven, at least you're that much closer to finding the card you want. A tutor still seems better though, unless you're running the Avacyn Restored Sphinx that can be cast from exile.

Not bad if your running a few x4 of things, name the x4 of thing you havent seen yet. Also renlentless rats would pair well.

Can be card advantage, which is handy. Probably best next to a scroll rack engine so you can guarantee card draw. When this becomes draw 2 or draw 3 for a mere 2 mana, it becomes interesting.
