My pet artifact deck fears nothing except this card. A turn-4 Darksteel Colossus is only worth anything if it can move.

I have an artifact hate EDH deck. This card is definitely one of the more useful cards in it. It's amazing how many people rely heavily on artifacts in this format; this one card can cause enough grief to make people scoop.
Play it, tap everything down. Opponents play something new, or find ways of untapping their artifacts, bounce it or drop a voltaic key or something that can untap it, then tap it again and re-lock everything down. This thing is brutal. Fatestitcher with something like Instill Energy or Umbral Mantle, and Mycosynth Lattice and it's pretty much game over.
Is it possible to tap artifact that dont need to be tapped to do his job, like Spellnook or Semblance Anvil?

In 1v1, unwinding clock is no defense against this. You will untap during my turn, and then I will retap you, and you cant untap during your turn.
