I usually like Into the Roil better, but this takes care of manlands and costs less. Certainly respectable.
Vapor Snag could be better though, depending on how you plan to use it.

My deck runs a lot of creatures with ETB effects (Augury Owl, Clone, etc.), so this card is priceless. Protects my creatures from removal, lets me reuse ETB effects, and lets me return problematic creatures to my opponent's hand? Solid.

Unsommun has been annoying players since every draft it has been in.

Having difficulty trying to understand the flavor text. I'm afraid that the Chinese translation failed to get it...
@Blindthrall If its there mainphase you cannot use an instant before they make an action or the phase changes. They would use the piper first, then you could bounce the piper, but her ability would be on the stack. After the unsummon resolves and there piper is back in there hand, her ability would still resolve and they could cheat the piper back on the field (that would be funny) or get there fatty out that they wanted to get. You could of course just bounce whatever they brought out. And take note even if you unsummon first they could activate the piper as a response, and her ability would resolve before the unsummon took place.

@Totema: Oops, I accidentally my Titan back out. Oh, great, I get two more Zombies/tap down two permanents/Bolt/Tutor 2 lands/Recur a permanent/destroy lands. Thanks!

I love the flavor text. "I don't really feel like allowing you to exist anymore. Bye."
