Nah, it's rather degraded Chrome Steed. What the point of rhino without trample?

I hate limited Cards like these. It's not even remotly playable outside of limited environments. And even there I don't know if I would pick a 4/4 for 6 that possibly can become 6/6. Especially not with all the artifact removal arround.

Compare it to razorfield thresher. For one less mana you can have something that might be even better. Yeah, its really not that good. Luckily there are plenty of well sized artifacts in this set to choose from over this.

I feel like they missed the pricing mark here. If it was 5 I'd think better of it - 4/4 for 5 is a tad on the overcosted side, 6/6 for 5 is a tad on the undercosted, so it incentivizes Metalcraft without making it necessary to not have a bad creature.

I felt similarly for Chrome Steed (like it should've been 3) but the error's more significant here, when 6 mana should be significantly changing the game, not just putting out another big butt.

Another boring, wasted potential, Metalcraft creature. Not to mention unplayable outside of Limited, and even then this thing will surely be a last pick.
God I hate it when they print obviously bad cards just to keep you buying more packs in the hopes of getting something useful.

A big beater in Limited, as I would copy my opponent's with Cryptoplasm, then take their's with Corrupted Conscience.

I really don't understand.
a 4/4 artifact for 5 is, in fact, just fairly costed. See Stone Golem, an uncommon. even green doesn't get 6/6 for 6 at common, it seems ridiculous that blue and white should.

If anything, Artifacts should cost one or two mana more than the equivalent creature in red or white.
Chrome steed was crazy.

I swear, it's like Eldrazi spoiled you.
"We should get at least power and toughness equal to the casting cost under any conditions!"

Jegus, red doesn't even get 2/2s for less than two colored mana.

I'd rate him slightly higer than the junky Hexplate Golem, only because he at least has Metalcraft. Still way overcosted, but whatever it's a junky common for Limited I guess. The artwork doesn't even look much like a rhino...

Almost always worse than Wurmcoil Engine. The exception? When your opponent plays Rain of Gore, or Mind Control.

Really considering what you see in draft, this isnt such a bad card in the set. I feel great taking it when I'm out of cards in my colors.

Hey, it's Metal Horse's big bro! Unfortunately this is pretty mediocre since it absolutely needs metalcraft to even be a consideration.

This isn't an obviously bad card. It's solid in limited and it's fine in a casual metalcraft deck.

I mean it's not very efficient, but it's basically a 6/6 for 6 artifact creature. That's decent.

2.5 stars from me.

Kryptnyt, are you really comparing a MYTHIC RARE to a common?
It really ***es me off when people go THIS CARD IS SHIT BECAUSE THERE IS A RARE EQUIVALENT THAT IS BETTER.
WELL NO SHIT SHERLOCK, if there wouldn't be "bad" cards like this you wouldn't know what a good card is.
Also this card is pretty cool in a metalcraft deck, I prefer chrome steed though.
