This is a decent counterspell, but require a multi-color deck to be effective late-game...Only useful in WU control, and even then better options exist...

uuuuuuh.......... Prismatic Omen says, "Build a deck around me," and you say, "OK."

Then you throw this and other stuff in and revel in how silly domain is when your Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle enters the battlefield as a mountain.

needs a multicolor deck to be effective late game? No *** shit dude. This card is actually Really amazing in domain. I only run one copy and people will concede to it assuming i have a playset in there.

Not sure why this is rated so low compared to Mana Leak. Yes, a lot of the time it's worse, but in a 5-color deck it has a huge chance of being more effective in the late game, when Mana Leak loses a lot of its prowess. Solution: Run some of both! Play Mana Leak early in the game so your opponent plays around it, always leaving 3 mana untapped, then later in the game, surprise! Pay 5!

Uhh unless you have a way to tutor for Prismatic Omen in the first 3 turns, this is a much worse card than Mana Leak. Rune Snag makes itself good by just expecting you to have a graveyard.
