Thought this interacted with creature types somehow.

WOW!
A domain card that's actually half-decent.
Of course you still need to be playing 4+ colors for it to be better than Volcanic Hammer(which is in itself worse than Lightning Bolt AND Incinerate)

in 5-color domain/landfall (never play domain without at least Lotus Cobra. dont.)
then this can be a 5 damage sorcery for 2 if its maxed out....
it is SO MUCH EASIER to break Shrapnel Blast than this! though, comparing the breakability of domain card and a card from Mirrodin seems somewhat unfair.

@ Darth: Domain is reliant on having basic lands in play, Lots Cobra won't help you achieve that in a direct way. My favorite domain enabler is Unstable Frontier and my favorite card to abuse domain is Allied strategies :)
Mechanics: 4/5 Artwork: 4.5/5 Card Ruling: 0/5 Who needed an explanation about determining # of types?

Wait, that quote is from Jhoira? Man, i'd have expected Chandra or Jaya Ballard to come up with this, but not the gal depicted on Tinker.
I also realized i didn't even read this flavor text for the first time. This has been on every printing so far, the first one dating back more than a decade to Invasion. I didn't happen to realize until just now that she said it.
