This card is awesome! It combos itself with Changeling Berserker and Nova Chaser so well, just tutor-champion- and repeat when/if the champion dies :)

One-drop creatures are good. Tutors are good. Red deck manipulation is good. Enters-the-battlefield abilities are good.
I think it's safe to say this card is good. The main drawback appears to be that the decks it can fit in are limited. I guess you might have some more options if you keep cards with changeling in mind.

A good card that is appreciated early or late. Can help you get out Smokebraider or Soulbright Flamekin to ramp your mana (whichever you didn't have), or Magmatic Force once you are ready to activate the Soulbright three times.
I'm not sure why you would, but it can chain itself as well.

I have to say, if we're not discussing the merits of certain tribes over others, that I prefer Treefolk Harbinger because it's a better blocker and you can grab a Forest if you're mana-screwed.
