intresting..... would be great in a swarm deck where all your creatures are 1/1's and so when there going to die uselessly then you can just sac them for +'s

All it takes is a few creatures that have detrimental effects when they die to turn the board state into a hopeless incalculable knot.
Phyrexian Ghoul + a few Perilous Myr + Grave Pact will utterly destroy your opponents board position, and there's very little he or she can do to prevent it.

this plus two nether traitors is a fun way to surprise your opponent for lethal damage. Unfortunately it only works once against a person, as they will learn the important lesson to never let through a creature that can pump. They think they can handle 2 damage, but can they handle 14? I built a deck around this concept and it is lots of fun. very resistant to removal as everything recurs, and good at removing their creatures faster than they can play them until you hit them for the win.

But throw in a Gravecrawler and things get insane.
Throw in a Scavenger Drake for extra laughs.
