This card was banned along with the other artifact lands because they made Affinity for Artifacts a far too powerful ability. Rather than banning perfectly fun cards and limiting the block severely, they banned the lands that could in most situations be replaced with basic lands without crippling most decks except for the ones that abused it.

can you have more then 4 of this car in your deck? because it is not a basic land, and what about other cards like Dryad Arbor and Taiga. they both are forests are they limited to 4 also?

Affinity. Reason not to ever see this again on my opponents deck. OR any other artifact land.

I got these for my cataclysm deck, and I was very disappointed in its performance. I just wanted to have two land coming out of the gate when the board wiper went off, but it seemed like every game that the artifact nature of this card was a liability.

It's kind of depressing, seeing what Phyrexia has done to Mirrodin

TT-TT me cries at these being banned. It completely takes out the fun of "Storage Matrix" And being my all artifact deck (NO affinity mind you) would no longer be All Artifacts any more Dx

People cry when I drop one of these onto a Prototype Portal in Commander.
