Sadly underpowered for a card that should be insanely powerful. For those not familiar with the story, the Mightstone and the Weakstone were 2 halves of a Thran powerstone. Eventually, after Mishra's defeat, they ended up embedded in Urza's skull (replacing his eyes) and igniting his planeswalker abilities. For something that powerful, you'd expect more than piddly +1/+0 or -1/-0 bonuses, but card power has progressed a lot since those days...

Dear Justin Hampton, That art is weird and should probably depict Mishra, not an underfed stray dog.
Sincerely, Koda

Why would Urza and Mishra want the Weakstone AND the Mightstone when together, they exhaust 8 mana and do nothing?

Weakstone is weak.

Well this is certainly underwhelming.
