so, i cant think of its name, but there's this one green card that brings anything u feel like to the top of your libarary. this could be uusefeul with that, and most of my decks are peremanent based, as i am a simplistic player, and will use practically any permanent that destroys permanents (yay, necretal)

Though "the maelstrom" is an alara thing, this card mimics Gate to the Aether, which could, technically, be on any plane.
