Even with the 'redness', 2 toughness on a green creature really bothers me.

At four mana this is just unplayable. 1GG would have been pushing the power curve, but I think that would've made this card acceptable. As it is, it isn't very good.

I keep accidentally calling this Kird Ape when I play it in limited, but this is definitely not Kird Ape. Not bad if your opponent didn't pull any easy removal but not stable enough to see play outside of limited.

Decent in limited, but the 2 toughness really hurts this guy. If they had made him cost {1} less or had 3 toughness, he would have been awesome.
