Protection from Blue is easily the worst Protecction. Goblins want it, Massive Timmy Monsters want it....nobody else really wants it. For anyone else, Uncounterable reads like 'how Pro-Blue should be worded'.
Great Sable Stag might be the only creature off the top of my head that is an exception to that generalization. And it has uncounterable anyway just to make sure.

For the benefit of people who wander here in the future, long after Conflux is forgotten:
This card was part of a cycle of gold common creatures, all of which had protection from their shared enemy color:
Goblin Outlander - (Jund Goblin Scout, traveled to Naya) Nacatl Outlander - (Naya Cat Scout, traveled to Bant) Valeron Outlander - (Bant Human Scout, traveled to Esper) Vedalken Outlander - (Esper Vedalken Scout, traveled to Grixis)* Zombie Outlander - (Zombie Scout, traveled to Jund)
*This one is unique as it is an artifact creature.
I am basing this off of the background, the location, and flavor text of each - the rolling plains and flavor text definitely indicate this creature is in Bant, and can see through the cheap tricks of Bant's blue magic. Note that they always have protection from one of the secondary colors of their destination shard.

Haha, I agree.
When I saw the art, my first thought was: "must be a yugioh card with such a stupid art." nope
It helps that there is no Pro-Blue Knight.
