Goes hilariously well with Creakwood Liege. He double pumps the thrinax while it's able to chomp down on the tokens to pump him even more.

it's actually a lot better and useful than people give it credit

Combines pretty well with his more famous sibling, Sprouting Thrinax. Of course, if you've only got the slots for one, then Sprouting Thrinax obviously gets the nod.

idk, i love this guy. i got a deck built around him. 4 awakening zones and 4 nuisance engines, with some mortician beetles and whispersilk cloaks to compliment.

That Art Is Beasty Looks Like A Dark Pre-Historic Backround Plus Hes Not Bad I Like The Two Thrinax's. Though The New Sac Rule Is Super Gay (But Makes Sense) If Your Playin With Your Friends Just Go Old School

WHAAARBLGAARBL Thrinax. So, you're telling me Jund Charm puts 2 counters on him, but Sprouting Thrinax puts 4 counters on him? Interesting :)

This guy would have been ridiculous with his brother if he were a 3/3.

Problem is that darned mana cost. 3 different colors is tough to get on turn 3 (unless you've got some serious rarelands.) With a little bad luck, it's easy to get mana screwed. I want to like this guy, but Carrion Feeder is just so much easier and more efficient.

This guy did me wonders at the Conflux pre-release.

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but how do you get the flayer husk into the graveyard? It's an equipment, so it doesn't go with the creature.
