It's alright! The first and third abilities are kinda situational tbh, but the second one is nice. Instant speed Pyroclasms.

funny, I was going to give it the exact opposite evaluation:
although the abilities are 'situational', the 1st is reliably going to have juicy targets at EDH tables If you wait for it, and your own deck should probably be built to desire counters to ensure the 3rd ability is useful, making 2/3 of the card 'not dead'.
the first time I read it I thought it was Shock, not Pyroclasm. obviously the two counters are the weakest ability, but even they can be set up to be good if you have something like Arcbound Ravager for ironic interactions?

There is nothing charming about {B}/{R}/{G} except for the sheer brutality and awesomeness those colours provide. That said, this is a pretty awesome card.
