Can I attack and then use this card and attack again?

No you may not. You get only one attack phase per turn.

@burnout97 You can have another attack phase if you attacked with 1 creature on the first one, and have Finest Hour in play. So if you want to combo with this card, you could attack with 1 creature, giving it a +1/+1 boost, and then play this card, untap that creature, and attack with every creature you have on the battlefield. But the high mana cost makes it impractical. If you're paying so much, you might as well just use 3 Sigil Blessings or Overrun instead.

The only reason I would ever have this card or Sanctum Plowbeast in any of my decks would be for the land cycling. Other than that, these cards are totally impractical.
Not totally impractical. It can really give you a defensive edge after doing an all out attack.

ONE WORD: LANDCYCLING
Don't underrate this card...late game it can help if you have the mana and early game it can secure that land you may desperately need.

Untapping a field of creatures at instant speed isn't something anyone sees coming, so the effect isn't that bad. Stopping an all-out attack with this and annihilating your assailants must feel pretty rewarding. For that reason I'd say that this is the best of the basic landcycling cards.

Basic Landcycling plus a relevant finisher? Yes please!
Not the best nor the worst of the landcyclers. People rarely play around this kind of effect, so it might very well blow them out in a race.

Versatile I guess, but still not very impressive. I might play it in limited, but it would not be high on my picks.
