At the Urza's Saga prerelease, I had two of these and they kicked ass in limited. A small flyer can always be useful in limited, but the pumping should not be underestimated either. It frequently allowed me to take the aggressive route of just barging in against an opponent with a group of creatures similar to my attackers. Useful in limited, more so if you have more of them. Probably not viable in anything but the most casual of casual constructed.

1/1 flyer for 2 used to be pretty standard in beginner games. If 12-year-old me had seen this card, he would have immediately thought "op", like when he first saw rime dryad.
