Great when you have tokens in play. This card gave me good deck builds and alot of winnings.

This card is a token players dream card, especially for g/w elves. Rhys, combined with say stronghold elite, and then imperious perfect, and a wilt leaf liege can be some extreme awesomeness. What really strikes me in particular about this card is its an instant, but its basically a mini overrun. The difference? Your opponent wont know its coming. You attack with a bunch of your little 2/2 imperious made elves, and your opponent is like.. what.. starts to block, and then you drop your sigil blessing making one of them 5/5 and the rest 3/3's. Better still you can always play multiples, nothings stopping you from using two sigil blessings if you happen to have both in your hand.

Neruka; Seeds of Strength can kill 3 creatures for 2 mana if Horobi, death's wail is on the field. this can't kill a single one of your opponents creatures in the same scenario "strictly" status denied
@Kryptnyt : Do you know what "Strictly better" means? There are situations in which almost any card is better than another. For example, Shock can be better than Lightning Bolt if you're at 3 life, your opponent's at 2 life and he has a Twincast in his hand. Does this mean that Lightning Bolt is not strictly better than Shock? Of course not. In the vast, vast majority of situations, this card is better than Seeds of Strength, and does fit under the "Strictly better" status.
