Well, if you play this with Shifting Sky (especially in a multiplayer game), it deals a truckload of damage each turn. Having to sac two islands each turn is quite a hefty price, but either this card gets destroyed quickly, or kills your opponents.

And thanks to it saying "card" specifically, the Oracle wording doesn't count tokens, which kills the most likely source for massive damage. It'll effectively only deal damage once, or twice if that'll be game (who cares if your islands are gone when your opponent is too) and your opponent shouldn't be swarming in that many permanents or you're screwed. Shifting Sky as mentioned really only does anything in multiplayer; in single all you'll usually do is wash an artifact or two. Painter's Servant has too many broken ridiculous combos to bother with Psychic Allergy.
