A powerful ability, but it's very expensive. I like to imagine that when she resurrects opposing angels, she does not kill them, but simply uses her divine authority as one of the most powerful angels to command them to join your side.
Also, guys, it's not difficult to make her worth her exorbitant mana cost. For example, give her First Strike through Knighthood. Or even better, give her Double Strike through True Conviction, Fireshrieker, etc, and she'll potentially be able to steal twice as many creatures. Use cards such HIgh Ground, Blaze of Glory, etc, and she's arguably better than the aforementioned Adarkar Valkyrie, though I'll admit that the Valkyrie is probably easier to use.

Something that makes it a pinger (Such as Hermetic Study + one of the many cards that can give it deathtouch (like Basilisk Collar). Add on Freed from the Real and then you can steal a creature instantly for 1 blue mana.
