Ha ha! This is pretty cool! Wait a few turns and you can threaten the biggest attackers!

VORTHOS TIME
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may learn how to fire one more arrow in a certain unit of time equal to the combat phase.
You are able to tap to fire as many arrows as you know how to fire at a creature in combat.
I mean, this card is good because it keeps getting bigger, but it's bad because it's way too defensive.
Great for a legacy deck. Pili-Pala and a heartstone or Training Grounds with this and that is game. normally I don't like infinite combos but this one makes me laugh.

Classic 2 for 1 disadvantage, but its such a flavorful card. Could put on ornithopter in a counter spell deck.

One of my EDH decks is WBR Soldiers. This card, Catapult Squad and Elite Archers form the "cover fire" aspect of the deck. Usually used defensively but I prefer to use it offensively, as actual cover fire, deterring blockers & protecting attackers.

They grow up so fast...
One day that kid will be able to shoot an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn out of the skies with one shot.
