Beware, the Muse reliably pushes the panic button on your multiplayer opponents.

This does and doesn't fit to blue. It's each player so its you too. And blue is da card drawer. It couldn't be any other color, but it had fitted in hellbent deck
I once tried to build a deck around all but the black muses. It failed miserably but you guys sure are making me interested for another attempt, I may make it Lavaborn Muse / Dreamborn only this time. Good option are given by you guys. I just need to speed up the mana I guess. Back to Birds of Paradises and Llanowar Elves I suppose.
4x Worship 4x Forced Fruition 4x Sol Ring 4x Wheel of Sun and Moon 4x Fastbond
20 Lands (thinking about the obvious dual lands, fetchlands and maybe even the Urza lands).
Even though I think the Dreamborn will do the trick buy itself, I think it's more wicked to add the Lavaborne muse as well. There is hope yet...Muhahahaha !

What killer art. I loved Dreamborn Muse in Legions, and it's a frightening proposition to deal with especially in conjunction with the Jace planeswalker cards.

Omg, why doesn't this say "opponent" instead of "player"? Blue is all about card advantage, so this will effectively mill yourself. Must be some sort of mistake.
What does that flavour text have to do with anything? It should rather read something like the flavour text of traumatize or "the more you have, the more you have to lose", this muse doesn't offer insight, she just devours your mind faster the more you know.
It is effective milling however, has kind of a black feeling to it, hurting yourself to hurt he opponent. Might be able to use her in my blue and black mill deck.

I love this card. Sure, to a degree it doesn't fit blue, but if every card had to fit its colors exactly, then we wouldn't have near as many fun or interesting cards as we do. The fun thing to do is to find a way to take advantage of your growing graveyard or have Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, or Gaea's Blessing. For a while I played around using it with cards like Bloodchief Ascension, Forced Fruitation, Spitting Image and other retrace cards, Genesis, Gaea's Blessing, Anurid Scavenger, Narcomoeba, along with flashback and threshold cards. Its an odd card, but crazy fun.

I think, overall, Hedron Crab is better than this: it doesn't work on you, you can mill for at least 3 a turn or 6 if you fetch one land. Mid to late game, people won't have more than 2 cards in hand anyway, so the crab would still beat it, plus it works from turn 1.

I think
4x Lavaborne Muse
4x Dreamborne Muse
4x Platinum Angel
4x Birds of Paradise
4x Llanowar Elves
4x Worship
4x Forced Fruition
4x Sol Ring
4x Wheel of Sun and Moon
4x Fastbond
20 Lands (thinking about the obvious dual lands, fetchlands and maybe even the Urza lands).
