I feel that this card less represents us getting snow in the future, but showed how "tapped matters" may be important, as evidenced by the Merfolk in Lorwyn block.

Amber Prison would work well. Of course, you can't use it on your opponents if you do that, but sometimes dropping a powerful creature for 2 less mana is worth it.
I am pretty sure Master of Etherium would run this in a haste deck

Perhaps one of the best cards to combo this with is Garruk's Packleader. Get one of these out fast with green mana ramp, poke someone with it, get out either another one of these or the Packleader, and then just use the mana ramp to have your deck put out tons of 3+ power creatures each turn. Your friends will hate you for it.
P.S. Look for creatures that have only one in their mana cost for more effective creature spam!

Forgive me if any of these have been mentioned but I didn't see them: Presence of Gond Hankyu Sort of expensive to equip. Viridian Longbow Ping while you tap, less to equip than Hankyul. Utopia Vow Costs more than Multani's Harmony but can pacify an opponents creature. Paradise Mantle Again like Multani's Harmony, but usually better. This can also be used to tap any number of Centaur Omenreaders since tapping each will pay the cost to move it to the next. Leonin Bola Costs 1 each time but also taps an opponent's creature, or a second Centaur Omenreader!
