I dunno, I would've expected better. Fallen Askari was better than this, and that was during Mirage power levels. Should've at least had first strike or something.

This guy is great.
Compared to all 2012 Core Set Bloodthirsters he would fit in here:
1: Furyborn Hellkite 2: Bloodlord of Vaasgoth (Innistrad Type Vampires Failed This Guy!) 3, 4, and 5: Duskhunter Bats, Blood Ogre, and Bogardan Lancer (Tie) 6, 7, and 8: Stormblood Berserkers, Gorehorn Minitaurs, and Carnage Wurm (Tie) 9: Vampire Outcasts 10: Lurking Crockadile 11: Bloodrage Vampire

@Zokorad You can't compare cards like that. To be honest, Furyborn Hellkite is seeing no play, and despite it's mythic status is dropping for a buck fifty. I play Zendikar vamps, and my two Bloodlord of Vaasgoths are nearly useless most of the time. I've already won. In my opinion, the best bloodthirst creature is Stormblood Berserker, which I see as an updated version of this. And it is the best because red has so many enablers (the best turn two enabler is Gut Shot)that make him a 3/3 for 1R that can't be blocked except by two or more creatures. However, there are situation where this could potentially be more useful. So similar, actually.
