"Can't block" is my favorite type of 'drawback'. Who blocks anyway? Same goes for the drawback on Erg Raiders.

Nice card but shouldn't a Fallen Askari be a Zombie?

Kicks butt! Kills blocking prot-black 1/1s. Needs to be reprinted in a core set! Renormed for modern creature power, he could've been given FS too.

Yeah, why isn't this a zombie?

Strictly better than Craven Knight.

This was one of my favorite of the flanking knights from Mirage block. As all the others cost at least three mana, it was great to have one to come down a turn earlier and just get down to business.

It has good artwork, too.

Ah, flanking. I love the way indestructible creatures can be killed by the mere act of being surrounded.

It's not a zombie because it's a human knight who has lost his way and become villainous, ie, fallen from grace. Not fallen literally as in dead.
