A colour shifting of Blastoderm. It would seem that vanishing 4 is the functional equivalent of fading 3, due to the wording of the abilities.

not great really.
5/5 for 2ww is just over the white efficiancy mark.
its leaving in 4 turns anyway so your only getting 3 attacks out of it and having shroud means that you cant do anything to the counters.
Don't use it with anything... It's just a mid-game attack card. It's efficient, protected from removal, and not restrictively expensive. It's quite a lot over the curve for an uncommon. A 5/5 with shroud is not going to die to anything but Wrath. At 4 mana, your opponent probably isn't going to have a bigger creature - though, obviously, a 5/5 is not devastatingly large in constructed. If they don't get a 6/6 or a Wrath, this will deal 15 damage. I'm not complaining.

Yeah, the vanishing is nothing to worry about at all. Most creatures die for what ever reason before it has been down for 2 turns so it has a much better survivability than other things; in addition, most non casual games don't last longer than 7 turns anyways so you don't have to worry about it dieing before the game is over.
Even more, you can use this effectively by having it as the only creature down under your control, most opponents will not be happy to wrath only one creature but they really won't have a choice, it needs to be answered. If it does finally die to fading, well it was down for 4 turns, you most likely would have topdecked another one by then.
Note: Proliferate does not target. So shroud won't stop you from piling on the time counters with this counteriffic new ability.

This card has a great effect on last minute winning but if you are just starting the battle, its fine calm down just it may die in the next 3 OR 4 TURNS!!!!!!!!

I don't understand why this is rated so low. Blastoderm is exactly the same but in a color that already gets well costed creatures compared to white and is rated ~4.5. Shouldn't this be rated higher?
probably best next to Cataclysm. You block your opponent's ability to play a better creature and you kill everything but a single chump while opening the door to attack in. Played the turn after you'll even have a pair of lands compared to your opponent.

Looks like a horrific triceratops. It's like Jurassic Park meets the Island of Dr. Monroe.
