Wanderlust for blue. Back in the day, enchantments were quite strong, and this card was absolutely playable. It was a great way to slowly ping someone to death.
Blue actually had a really strong strategy where you could just pepper people with mini-hits every turn until they were dead. Combine this card with Prodigal Sorcerer and Relic Bind and you could dish out a lot of damage.

Of all the cycle of upkeep pingers, Feedback is arguably the least useful (though it might have competition from Warp Artifact depending on the play environment). The problem is that not all decks use enchantments. Feedback is fun to play on Circles of Protection and the like, but the best thing I ever did with Feedback was play it on a Blue Ward. I have seen someone play Blue Ward all of ONCE in sixteen years of Magic, and I happened to be holding Feedback in my hand at the time. The Blue Ward, as I recall, was on an Order of Leitbur, and I remember my opponent telling me that I couldn't target the Order since it had protection from blue. I smugly pointed out that I wasn't targeting the Order at all, but the Blue Ward enchanting the Order. The game didn't end so good for me. I'm fairly certain I was pummeled into submission by that very Pro Blue Order of Leitbur well before my Feedback had a change to dish out more than 3 or 4 points of damage.

@Gaussgoat - Don't forget about Psychic Venom in that deck you're talking about :) I only ever got to play this card in half of the games I got it back then.
@Eppek_the_Goblin: This was never good against white or green as they were happily getting rid of this. Against red or black this was feasible, but actually too little too late.
