There's nothing quite like paying 4 bucks to get garbage like this in your rare slot. Good thing it took WotC 17 years to realize why noone ever bought core sets.

Well its not Strictly worse than Puppet strings, this is one cheaper to cast... but uh, its not a great card. While there are no cards this is strictly worse than technically, I would look at Staff of Domination and Thousand-Year Elixir if you have a combo for this, as those are in almost all cases far better cards.
Anyway, My hearts desire is an untapped creature? The flavor here is a mess. Saddlebags untapping a creature works I guess, but doesn't click lore-wise for me like some cards do.
