The card itself isn't so great, but the forecast is pretty useful.

Useful to have with grimoire thief until you buff it a bit.

This in exalted deck, first exalted triggers to stack, then this (let's say it enchants knotvine paladin) this revolves, sees power 2 knotvine is unblockable, then exalted and knotvines ability resolves and u got big unblockable dude.

This card seems lame, but has much hidden potential, as mentioned with exalted, as well as Raven Guild Master or other cards.

This card works with Wee Dragonauts as long as you trigger the Dragonaut's ability with instants instead of sorceries and wait until after you declare it as an attacker and this triggers.

Maybe throw on a Kiln Fiend before you start buffing it
Seems like a strange card to only have a rating of 2.5. Reusable unblockability without even costing a card is pretty darn nice, even if it is restrictive as to what creatures it can be used on. Just off the top of my head - Scroll Thief and its ilk. For 2 mana, you more or less ensure a card draw, while getting 1-2 damage in the process. Not too bad at all. As others have mentioned, you can throw it in a deck with creatures that get buffed when they attack (such as an exalted deck) to have big unblockable dudes attacking your opponent.
While it's a very niche card, and wouldn't see play in a competitive environment, 2.5 seems really harsh for a useful, repeatable effect. I'd prob say 3-3.5.

this would be perfect in a wall deck with doran, the siege tower . it'd basically make everything treefolk unblockable
The best card to go with this? Raven Guild Master. Nothing like a ten card super mill every turn. The Forecast doesn't really seem worth it though.

Rakusmash: Make way for Rakusmash, lvl 1 tauren warrior with no titles and only white gear! I have a warrant. "Strike planeswalker of your choice repeatedly, until death comes upon that planeswalker, and all creatures controlled by that planeswalker at that time. If you do, choose a new planeswalker"
Minotaur Aggressor: Oh. Fine then. Carry on, and have luck and fortune in your endeavors
