At he could be O.K. But I'm not sure. He reminds me of Ogre Shaman in a way, but that one was Stormbind on a stick which is a bit better in my book because of the cheaper activation cost .

He's a little cheaper than Ogre Shaman, and a little more fragile... I think that I would happly spend more to play his activated ability, if I would discard only 1 card, instead of 2... And, Gako, "random" isn't exactly random, when you have to discard, because you know which cards you have in hand, so you know when take the risk to discard at random. And if you have only one card in your hand, "at random" isn't random at all!
More for casual, than competitive... However, a nice card.
