Ok, strategy for it. use it for late game to shoot your worthless top decks at the opponent, or try going for hellbent and of course madness. But not before you get more use out of the top deck and reveal it with Magus of the scroll or old school cursed scroll

I'd take either Stormbind or Arc-Slogger over this guy.
But he's not bad as something in between.

Not sure why the duel deck version is missing. It has the best flavor text.

Too expensive and removal-prone to be competitive, but this is a very strong effect.
